Kitt Kelsch
(They/Them/Theirs)
In their six years as a coach, Kitt (they/them) has found their passion helping people discover a greater degree of freedom through movement. They began both their personal movement journey and their career in general fitness, earning their NASM personal trainer certification in 2019. They soon realized, however, that a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise was not appropriate or specific enough for the communities they felt called to serve. When Kitt joined the J Bodyworks team in 2021, they were thrilled to find ZHealth as well and dove in headfirst, earning their R-Phase certification the same year. They completed I-Phase in 2024.
Kitt is particularly fascinated by the intersection of neurodivergence and hypermobility as it relates to queer and gender-expansive identities, and strives to create safer fitness spaces where all bodies are honored and affirmed.
